I'm planning a small wedding. Is there a minimum order requirement for your services?
Yes, we do have a minimum order of 25 pieces to cover the labor and material costs involved in each project. While we can accommodate orders for less than 25 pieces, the pricing for 10 or 20 pieces will be closer to that of 25 pieces.
Great, I've placed my order! What's the next step?
Once your order is placed, we will reach out via email to gather your wedding details. Upon receiving your information, we will create a digital design proof for your review and approval before proceeding with printing. Your order includes two rounds of changes.
We can adjust foil colors and text content to your liking. However, fonts, layout, and design elements cannot be altered unless discussed prior to placing your order.
Will my invitations come assembled?
Acrylic invitations comes assembled, Others? No, your items will be shipped unassembled. If you require assembly service, please contact us before finalizing your order.
I've realized I'm running out of time! Can my order be expedited?
Please reach out to us with your required timeline for the invitations. If possible, we may prioritize your order, subject to a 30% rush order fee.
Once we confirm the feasibility, we'll guide you through the process.
Can I preview how my invitation will look before making a purchase?
Unfortunately, we do not provide artwork previews prior to order placement. Once your order is confirmed, we'll create and send digital proofs for your approval.
Who bears responsibility for typos and errors on printed products?
After finalizing the design, we'll seek your approval before commencing the printing process. Once approved, preparations for printing begin promptly, and we cannot be held responsible for errors on approved work. Please review your proofs carefully for spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and grammar.
Modifications cannot be made after the dies are produced, and a fee is required for die replacement.
Any errors not present in the approved proof are our responsibility.
Can I split an order into different languages or content?
Unfortunately, each item is pressed with its own die, necessitating separate dies for different languages or content. Consequently, we treat these as distinct orders. Please add such items to your shopping cart separately. For instance, if you require 75 English and 25 Spanish invitations, add 75 sets to your cart first, then repeat the process for the remaining 25 sets.
